• We are confident that you will love your Tara Neil Kitchen and we aim to make the whole process – from design to installation – as enjoyable and stress-free as we can. Please contact us if you have any questions that are not listed below.

• What is the lead time from date of ordering?

  For our manufactured kitchens and bedrooms we deliver within 2-6 weeks – depending on the range chosen. For our bespoke kitchens and other fitted and freestanding furniture delivery is within 5-10 weeks.

• What guarantees do your kitchens and bedrooms come with?

  All our manufactured and bespoke fitted and freestanding furniture comes with a 10-year guarantee.

• Do I need to book an appointment to meet one of the designers?

  We do recommend you make an appointment as the showroom can get busy. It would be helpful if you brought your room dimensions with you. Architects’/builders’ plans are especially helpful.

• Do you do home visits?

  Yes we do, although we advise that you visit the showroom first to discuss your requirements. During home visits we will take all necessary measurements to create our designs.

• Can you help with project management?

  Yes, we oversee the fitting of all our kitchens (and bedrooms, other rooms etc.) from start to finish and we highly recommend our experienced and trusted fitters are used to install your furniture. We also arrange and oversee the fitting of worktops.

We can help coordinate other tradesmen (plumbers/electricians etc.) required to complete your room and we can provide electrical lay-out plans if required. We even have an experienced interior designer on our team who is always happy to offer her ideas.
